- Are you coping with the normal stresses of life?
- Are you working productively and effectively?
- Are you able to contribute to your community?
Those who answer ‘yes’, have psychological wellbeing, they thrive. Those who answer ‘no’, do not.
How would your staff respond? What impact would ‘no answers’ have on their; work performance and relationships, lives and health, and our society?
With the amount of time spent at work, everyday work experiences play a key role in how staffs’ psychological wellbeing improves or worsens. This introductory workshop aims to help every CEO and leader begin the conscious process of improving their staffs’ psychological wellbeing, and therefore, performance.

In contrast to the many unhelpful pain-related myths that prevail in our society, latest pain research clearly shows how individuals and every level of an organisation can take control to reduce injury and pain and to promote recovery.
